The Draeger PentAir continuous flow respirators are designed with quality, comfort, protection and economy in mind. The PentAir can be used for a wide variety of work applications.
The unit comes complete with an anti static, non-kinking, breathing tube, adjustable waist belt, valve assembly, mask or hood and a quick disconnect for attaching the a supplied air hose.
All respirators employ a variety or air sources, such as air compressors, air filter panels and even compressed air cylinders when used in conjunction with the HandyPak, RescuePak or KKart. The worker has the ability to operate the unit from high pressure air systems with pressure reducers, as well as low pressure air sources.

All PentAir continuous flow respirators are available with Hansen or Schrader fittings.
For added value and versatility the PentAir units are a major component in the line of interchangeable respirators. With no conversions, PentAir full facepiece units can be utilized with Draeger's cartridges, filters, and canisters.
PentAir with Panorama Nova
The Panorama Nova provides an effective, comfortable fit for a variety of facial shapes. One universal size fits every type of face. An easy to adjust 5 point head strap aids in quick donning and doffing.
The unique mask frame provides a double seal around the user's face allowing a firm and comfortable fit without added pressure. The nosecup, which is standard on every full facepiece, provides ad additional face seal and is an integral part of air flow.
To ensure long life from heat and chemicals, all hardware is constructed of stainless steel, including the speech diaphragm which provides unsurpassed voice clarity when communicating with co-workers.
PentAir Valve Options
| Fixed Flow Valve
The fixed flow unit works off a low pressure system and provides a steady stream of cool, fresh air to the wearer. This unit offers economic benefits while still providing the protection of a continuous flow respirator. Ideal for use with modular ambient air pumps while using either a mask or hood.

| Adjustable Flow Valve
The adjustable flow unit provides a regulated breathable flow of air from a higher pressure source to a mask or hood. The easy to grip knob provides the wearer with the ability to control the flow of air to his or her comfort level. The design ensures that, even when turned down completely, there is always a flow of air. Ideal for use with air distribution systems such as air filter panels, HandyPak, RescuePak or KKart.

PentAir Accessories

Draeger offers a full line of ambient air pumps for use with the PentAir fixed flow respirators. All pump models are oilless and produce no carbon monoxide, eliminating the need for CO monitoring or alarm systems. Each has 115 volt operation permitting easy plug in. The 5 micron inlet filter is easy to change and overall maintenance if minimal. |

Three models are available to provide the correct amount of air for your application needs: The 2/1 pump is designed for 2 mask users or 1 hood user; 3/2 model supports 3 mask users or 2 hood users and the large 4/3 model provides air comfortably for 4 mask users or 3 hood users.
To maintain NIOSH compliance*, use only Draeger supplied air hose. Airline hose is available in a heavy duty neoprene material or a lightweight PVC. Each style of easy to clean material comes in 4 lengths ready to assemble or ready to accept quick disconnects.
*NIOSH approves complete respirator assemblies and not component parts. Use only component from Draeger designed to work with your PentAir unit.
