Grade D Air Panel The Draeger Air Filtration Panel is designed to provide Grade D breathing air to workers with supplied air lines in hazardous of IDLH environments. Capable of supplying 50 cfm of continuous positive pressure air, the air panel uses a plant of mobile compressor as the primary air supply. The three stage filtering system effectively removes solid particles, liquid, hydrocarbon vapors and odor from the supplied air. To meet federal, state and local regulations, a carbon monoxide monitor continuously checks CO levels.

The panel features:

  • Grade D breathing air meeting or exceeding OSHA requirements
  • CO monitor with internal RFI/EMI filters built into the circuitry to eliminate radio interference
  • Locking pressure gauge prevents accidental pressure change
  • Pressure differential indicator on each stage serve as end of filter life indicators
  • Continuous CO level display permits constant monitoring of supplied air CO levels
  • Audible alarm, 120 dbA
  • Auxiliary battery supply provides back up in the case of power loss
  • Hansen quick disconnects are standard
  • Rugged backplate designed to withstand the harshest environments
