Deluxe Bitrex Fit Test Kit
The Deluxe Bitrex Fit Test Kit offers qualitative OSHA compliant fit testing for disposable and reusable dust and mist respirators. Bitrex has ha unmistakable bitter taste that indicates breakthrough on the respirator fit test. The Deluxe Kit uses a pump to disperse the sensitivity and fit test solution. Each kit includes a test hood, automated pump and elbow, 8 cartridges of sensitivity solution and 8 cartridges of test solution. Optional accessories include an extension tube and remote nebulizer head.
The battery operated pump should be recharged a minimum of 4 hours after 40 minutes of use. 40 minutes of use is about 15 fit tests. The pump features a built in timing sequence to automatically execute the fit protocol, generates a consistent test agent and operates in either hand held or in remote modes.
The Bitrex cartridge can be used for multiple test subjects. Each cartridge is pre-filled. The sensitivity solution can dispense aerosol for 16 sensitivity tests and the test solution can dispense aerosol for 3 to 8 fit tests.
