Moisture Meter
This moisture meter provides the rapid determination of the moisture content in wood in the surveying of buildings for dampness, water or fire damage; for the manufacture, installation and repair of wood furniture and flooring; and for all lumber and timber inspection. The internal calibrations are resident for 150 different species of wood. It features a fast response time, max-min, hold, automatic power shut-off and self-calibration functions. An RS-232 port enables computer interface. This meter covers a range of 9 to 30% in 0.1% resolution and with an accuracy of 4% +5d (at 23°C +/- 5°C). It is ready to use with a probe, a 41" cable and pin cover, spare contact pins, a hard shell carrying case, battery and instructions. 7" x 3" x 1 1/4", 12 ounces.

The EMF Meter measures electro magnetic emissions from electrical power lines and power transmittion, computer, HVAC, audio/video and other electrical applicances and equipment. While the evidence of the carcinogenic effect of such electromagnetic emissions is still inconclusive, prudent avaoidance is recommended to avoid excess exposure over long periods of time. This meter reads in milli-Gauss and micro-Tesla on a large 1 1/4" high backlit display. The display indicates when the object being measured is out of range as well as when the battery is low. It features both standard and maximum hold. It is powered by a standard 9V battery lasting about 100 hours. It includes a battery, instructions and a soft carrying case. 5 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 1 1/4", 6 ounces.
