The Datalogging Sound Meter logs up to 32,000 records and then later downloads them for viewing and graphing. The bidirectional RS232 port and software (which are included) also enable the control of the meter via it's on screen image. An AC or DC recorder output is also provided. This meter is accurate within +/- 1.5 dB and meets all other specs for an ANSI S1.4 and IEC 651 Type 2 meter. It also features A/C and fast/slow weighting scales, min-max, over/under alarms and auto power off. The user may select from 4 ranges between 30 and 130 dB, or auto ranging. Test parameters are simultaneously displayed on a large backlit display featuring 0.1 dB resolution and a bar graph. This meter can be calibrated in compliance with OSHA using the Acoustical Calibrator. Each unit includes a foam lined case, windscreen, RS232 computer cable, software, instructions, calibration tool, recorder output plug and a 9V battery which provides 50 hours of use.
