The SEC 4854 Net Link II has 5 LED's

• LAN X Transmit: Flashes when LAN X is transmitting information
• LAN X Receive: Flashes when LAN X is receiving information
• LAN Y Transmit: Flashes when LAN Y is transmitting information
• LAN Y Receive: Flashes when LAN Y is receiving information
• Power: On when power is applied to the device

SEC field devices such as the SEC 2000 and SEC 1500 gas detectors and can be connected together on the RS-485 data highway. The data highway requires a shielded twisted pair of wires typically (24 to 16 AWG).
Other devices such as heat and smoke detectors can be connected to the data highway by use of a SEC 4853 DAIM module
Software links can be added for interfacing directly into graphic packages such as Intellution or Wonderware
Supervision Plus can communicate directly with the field devices or can be used in a supervisory mode when using SEC 4100 system controller
Supervision Plus can directly control multiple SEC 4855 relay modules, which provides up to 16 programmable relays per module
