HXG2 CombustibleGas Leak Detector
|
|
The HXG2 is small and lightweight, making it a truly portable leak detection device for all types of service work. High instrument sensitivity will pinpoint even the smallest leaks quickly. Calibrated alarm indicates the presence of most types of combustible and toxic gases. This one instrument can help:
- Heating, air conditioning and plumbing contractors quickly find leaks
- Fire and police department with safety and arson investigations
- Municipalities check manholes and confined spaces
- Industry check for hazardous conditions
- Home owners make minor repairs
- Perform highly reliable furnace heat exchanger testing

Note: The HXG2 cannot be used to check for carbon monoxide leakage from furnace heat exchangers due to the extremely low concentrations of carbon monoxide necessary to detect (less than 9 ppm/min). These low levels of carbon monoxide cannot reliably be detected by combustible gas detectors.
